- Equipment, service, fault, timeline and other enquiry details.
- Messages and records of our response or later business discussions.
- Consent preference, browser and usage information when optional Google Analytics is accepted.
- Basic security and server information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate operational incidents.
Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
3. Why we use information
We use information only for legitimate business purposes, including to:
- Receive, assess and respond to industrial automation enquiries.
- Prepare conversations, proposals or requested technical support.
- Maintain business records and protect our legal rights.
- Secure the website and reduce spam or fraudulent submissions.
- Understand aggregate website usage through Google Analytics only when the visitor gives consent.
- Meet applicable legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.
Depending on the law that applies, processing is based on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure business website.
4. Google Analytics and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the website. Analytics is optional: the Google tag is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics.” Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising-personalisation features are disabled in our setup.
Google may process device, browser, interaction and approximate location information. Google states that Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. Do not send personally identifiable information to Google Analytics. See the Google Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
You can reject analytics initially or reopen “Cookie settings” in the website footer to change your choice.
6. International processing
Service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use reasonable contractual, organisational or other lawful safeguards. Google and the email-delivery provider publish further information about their processing and safeguards.
7. Retention and security
Enquiry information is ordinarily retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active project, contract, legal obligation, dispute or legitimate record-keeping requirement. Consent preferences are stored for up to 180 days. Analytics retention is governed by Google Analytics property G-XG5N30PPWR and its configured retention settings.
We use proportionate administrative and technical safeguards, including validation, access controls and anti-abuse measures. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
8. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, updating, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal or information about how your data is used. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant supervisory authority.
In India, we respond under applicable information-technology and privacy law, including relevant provisions as they come into force. To make a request, email info@matrixautomation.org. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
